Find out how we work with clients, from the beginning of the relationship through ongoing execution of your commission:
Initial Engagement
Everything we make is 100% bespoke and made to the highest quality with sustainable materials. Contact us with information on your project brief and ideas, rough measurements, and any style pointers in order to give us a feel for what you're after. Feel free to call or email and we'll aim to respond as soon as possible.
Personal Consultation
Following initial contact, we recommend meeting in person at your property to undertake a full project consultation. We'll take the necessary measurements and can talk through and advise on all the options in terms of material, finish, as well as added extras like lighting and fixtures. By drawing on a combination of traditional cabinet makers' skills, alongside new methods and computer-aided design we guarantee high-quality work, whatever the brief.
Commissioning
With a clear understanding of your project, we will work collaboratively with you to create and agree on a design that incorporates all the details of your brief. At this stage we can provide accurate pricing and timing information.
Once signed off, we take a 50% deposit and begin the process of expertly handcrafting your piece/s either on site or in our Otley workshop, keeping you updated with progress reports and images as the design takes shape.
Installation
We'll agree on a time to either deliver or install the finished product as required and once you're entirely satisfied with it we take the final payment.
